It's quiet. Too quiet. And even though the barrier seems to be down, there's still no sign of Snow White. That's probably ominous, and not in the good way, either. Perhaps you are all working together, but that doesn't mean that you will reach the end of your journey in a happily ever after... or will you?

Don't come into my apartment through the door. There is impurity right in front of it. The bedroom window is the door now, using our powers.

It has spread within the apartments? Troubling. This is the first I've heard of it behaving irregularly.

How bad is the spread, exactly? Is it covering the hallway?

I'm fine, yes, otherwise I wouldn't be posting this. Just a warning for anyone who tries to visit me - though wherever we go, we'd probably best mind our step now that impurity is increasing.

It's not the entire hallway, thankfully. It's the area around the door, maybe a meter in perimeter. You wouldn't be able to enter or leave without touching it, but you could pass by it and enter one of the other apartments just fine.

More has spawned upstairs though, one of the apartments there seems completely submerged.

First earthquakes, then Kaine's head ends up lying on the gym floor, and now this?!

Just as a PSA: since I'm doing investigation work outside the whole 'dead body parts' thing, the barrier is gone. Literally. So you guys better be careful if you don't want to fall out of the town.

That's right. I threw a rock to where the barrier used to be and it just fell into pitch black nothing.

Nothing. Nothing is outside the barrier. Like if you went towards the corners of the area all you'd see is darkness.

Do you want to see it for yourself? I'm at the border area all the way south of the inn.

I see. I will keep track of this in my log. We should keep a close eye on it, should it spread even further.

I believe I will also take a look around town for more impurity in unexpected locations. I shouldn't have to tell you to watch your step in the meantime.

[Miach obviously did on the way out of her room, so she has that going for her in Szayel's eyes.]

But yes, I am referring to Kaine's killer, whomever they may be. Then again, you may have nothing to worry about. It is difficult to say at this time, isn't it?

Snow White said they were trying to contact us from outside the barrier... this is certainly not the expectation build up from that.

If the patches of impurity here spread any further or behave otherwise strangely, you will be the first to know.
